Ozona Home Services is a local marketplace that helps homeowners connect with independent home-service professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and when it may be shared.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us or submit a business listing, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The service you need, job description, timing and general location.
- Business name, service category, coverage area and authorized representative details.
- Your contact preferences and consent choices.
How we use it
We use submitted information to operate the marketplace, respond to questions, review business listings, match quote requests with relevant providers, prevent misuse, and improve the service.
Lead sharing and provider contact
We share a homeowner’s request and contact details with one or more relevant independent service providers only after the homeowner gives clear consent. Those providers may contact the homeowner by call, text or email about that specific request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message or data rates may apply.
We do not sell personal information for unrelated marketing
A paid lead arrangement may compensate Ozona Home Services for connecting a consented service request with a provider. That is part of delivering the requested marketplace service, not permission to use the information for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for future marketplace contact. A provider that has already received a consented request may need to be contacted separately.
Independent providers
Providers listed or contacted through Ozona Home Services are independent businesses. Their own privacy practices apply once you communicate with them directly.
